Here at The Whipped Creamery we have registered and tested A2A2 Jerseys.  Every cow we bring in is tested for BLV, BVD & Johnnes disease. We also test annually for Tuberculosis and Brucellosis. They have also been tested and confirmed A2A2. We have an A2A2 bull on site for breeding purposes. Our girls and Bull (Syrup) are fed all you can eat grass hay and alfalfa, we do also feed them grain and black oil sunflower seeds during milking time.

We do try to keep things as natural as possible but sometimes antibiotics are necessary, especially when dealing with mastitis. If and when Antibiotics are administered, we take all precautions to withhold milk for the proper amount of time.
